Who I am
It is hard for me to sit still.
You will meet me near Warsaw, in Andalusia, Slovakia, Italy and the Karkonosze.
I am a UCI certified coach — with level 3 accreditation — after 4 weeks of intensive training at the UCI World Cycling Centre (WCC) in Aigle, Switzerland in July 2019.
At the same time, I am also a sports director for the junior category at the Warsaw Cycling Club (Warszawski Klub Kolarski) and lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Sciences of the Warsaw University of Technology.

How it all began
I began my adventure with cycling as a young boy, first by organizing races with my friends and always faithful dog Reksio to the nearby hill. Later, I joined Czarni Rzeszów Team, Poland, to race as a junior.
Over time, however, the fascination with cycling gave way to a fascination with mathematics. I studied at the University of Warsaw and then completed my PhD at the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN).
Being already in my thirties I returned to cycling as an amateur cyclist, racing in numerous MTB and road marathons.
Soon after, I joined Warszawski Klub Sportowy and several years later completed my first coaching course. I mastered my coaching skills within TTS.coach — coaches’ collective, with Darek Kołakowski. In 2019 I become a UCI certified coach.
With several of my athletes from Warszawski Klub Kolarski, we have won many medals of the Polish Championships, both on the road and in MTB.

My workshop
While planning training I use tools such as Training Peaks for monitoring the training process and WKO5 for advanced data analysis (data from heart rate, power meter and smartwatches).
What I care about
I strongly believe that the best years of Polish cycling are ahead of us! I hope I may contribute.
At work with my athletes, I am not only armed with all the necessary tools, knowledge and certificates. I am open to what they say, also to their training suggestions. Data matters. But you cannot succeed without proper attitude and trust between you and your coach.
